What we do
Proptary reviews and grades proprietary trading firms. For every firm we record the same 71 data points, covering pricing, evaluation rules, drawdown limits, payout terms, support channels and the company behind the brand, then score five pillars: payout reliability, rule clarity, customer support, track record and transparency, and community sentiment. The five average into one Proptary Grade, from A to F.
Nothing is scored on impression. A firm earns points only for what we can verify against a source we can link to, and loses them only for incidents we can document. Where we cannot verify something, the score stays at its base and the review says so rather than guessing in the firm’s favor.
We cover firms that sell evaluations to retail traders, whether they trade forex, futures, stocks, indices, commodities, options or crypto. We add a firm when we have finished verifying it, not when it launches, so a firm missing from the list has not been reviewed yet. That is not a judgment on it.
Who is behind Proptary
Our reviews are researched and published by the Proptary team, a group of traders, analysts and researchers with more than 7 years of combined experience across forex, futures and funded-trader programs. Between us we have taken evaluations and been funded, which is the reason this site exists: we know what the terms look like from the buyer’s side of the checkout.
We publish under one name on purpose. A review here is not one person’s opinion. It is the team’s work, checked against a shared standard before it goes live, and every score is signed off against the evidence attached to it.

Each pillar starts from a neutral base. A firm adds points for things it can prove, such as a public rulebook, a named operating entity, or a payout record we can trace, and loses points for problems we can document, such as a denied payout or a rule applied to funded traders without notice. Silence earns nothing: a firm that publishes no rulebook and names no owner simply stays near the base.
Research is gathered with AI assistance and verified by our editors against the firm’s own documents before publication. The full method, including every scoring row and what each grade means, is published at how we score.

We describe what we found and link out instead.

If we have something wrong
We get things wrong, and firms change their terms faster than we can re-check them. If something on this site does not match what you can verify, email official@proptary.com with a link or a document. We compare what you send against the firm’s own published materials before we change anything.
This applies to the firms themselves. If you work for a firm we have graded and believe a finding is wrong or out of date, use the same address. We will look at your evidence the same way we look at anyone else’s.
